1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on 444rs, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the platform.

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you and 444rs. They apply to all products on the platform including Live Casino, Sports Betting, Slots, Bingo and any future game categories that may be added. Where individual games or promotions have their own specific rules, those rules apply in addition to these general terms and in the event of conflict, the specific rules take precedence.

2 Eligibility

To use 444rs you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

3 Account Registration

You may hold only one account on 444rs. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same name, payment method, device or household, is a breach of these terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 444rs reserves the right to close them and forfeit any balances or bonuses associated with the duplicate accounts.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact details and any payment account information required for PKR deposits and withdrawals. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. 444rs may request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age or payment method at any time.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact player support immediately. 444rs is not liable for losses resulting from a player sharing their account credentials or failing to secure their login details.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 444rs are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and debit/credit cards. Minimum and maximum transaction amounts apply to each payment method and are displayed at the time of the transaction.

Deposits are generally credited to your account promptly after confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit is not reflected in your account within a reasonable time, contact player support with your transaction reference number. 444rs does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used must belong to you.

Withdrawals are processed after verification of your account and, where applicable, after wagering requirements on any active bonuses have been met. The time taken for a withdrawal to reach your JazzCash or Easypaisa account depends on the payment method selected and your VIP tier. VIP members benefit from priority withdrawal processing. Raast transfers are typically among the faster options for bank-linked accounts.

444rs reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. This may include requesting a copy of your national identity card, a screenshot of your JazzCash or Easypaisa account showing your registered mobile number, or a recent bank statement. These checks are standard procedure and are not an indication of any issue with your account.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

444rs offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which are displayed when the bonus is available or claimed. By accepting any bonus, you agree to the associated terms.

Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements vary by promotion. Unless stated otherwise, only bets placed on Sports Betting and Casino games contribute to wagering. Free bets, void bets, cashed-out bets and bets on restricted markets may contribute zero or a reduced percentage.

• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, household, device or IP address.
• 444rs reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.
• If we have reasonable grounds to believe a bonus is being abused — for example through coordinated betting patterns or the use of multiple accounts — we reserve the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used first when placing bets, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on 444rs are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to check the details of a bet before submitting it. Errors made by you — such as selecting the wrong team, wrong match or wrong stake amount — cannot be reversed after the bet has been accepted by the system.

Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is accepted. The odds displayed on your bet slip at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet. Live in-play betting markets, including PSL and T20 cricket markets, may be suspended or delayed during critical moments in a match. This is normal and is not grounds for a complaint.

• Maximum and minimum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed on the relevant event page.
• 444rs reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where a technical error resulted in clearly incorrect odds being displayed.
• Bets on cancelled, abandoned or postponed events will be voided and stakes returned unless the event is rescheduled and replayed within a stated time window.
• The use of automated betting software, bots or any form of scripted betting activity is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• For casino games and slots, the game rules and return-to-player (RTP) information for each title are available within the game itself. 444rs does not alter RTP settings beyond what is configured by the game provider.

7 Player Conduct

444rs expects all players to interact with the platform, its games and its support team in a respectful and honest manner. The following conduct will result in investigation and may lead to account suspension or permanent closure:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, bugs or glitches in any game or betting market for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in Live Casino or poker-format games.
• Using abusive, threatening or discriminatory language toward player support staff or other players in any chat function.
• Attempting to access another player's account or interfere with the platform's systems in any way.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes with your payment provider without first raising the matter with 444rs player support.

Where an account is suspended due to a conduct breach, any PKR balance in the account will be held pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach of these terms, the balance may be forfeited in part or in full depending on the nature of the breach.

8 Privacy and Data

444rs collects and processes personal data as necessary to operate the platform, process payments in PKR, verify player identity and deliver customer support. Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at privacy-policy.

By registering on 444rs, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy. This includes your name, contact details, payment method information and betting activity. Data is not sold to third parties. Winnings from games are subject to the correct settlement of the relevant event. 11 Changes to These Terms

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
